HikeSilver Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time
At HikeSilver, every product is made just for you. We don’t mass-produce or hold excess inventory — this helps us reduce waste and stay true to our sustainable mission.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed for shipment.
Note: Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is ready, we hand it off to our reliable U.S.-based printing partners through Printify.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Usually takes 5–10 business days after production.

Total Expected Delivery Time: Typically 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Delays may occur during high order volumes, holidays, or severe weather conditions.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made, production begins automatically soon after your order is received.
If you need to update your address, size, or cancel your order, please contact us at [support@hikesilver.store] within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
If your order includes multiple products (e.g., a hoodie and a mug), they may be fulfilled at different facilities and shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, with no extra shipping charge for split shipments.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
When your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, HikeSilver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
If you suspect mail theft, file a claim directly with the carrier or local authorities. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
Please verify your address carefully at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages left unclaimed at the post office, will require a reshipping fee.
Returned packages are held for 30 days. If reshipping is not arranged during this time, items may be donated or recycled, and no refund will be issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States to serve our U.S.-based customers efficiently.
However, international orders (including Canada) may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes as determined by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Holiday & Carrier Delays
During major holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas, shipping carriers may experience delays.
The shipping times listed are estimates, not guarantees, and we cannot offer refunds for carrier-related delays.
